This site contains a lot of video clips.  I originally attempted to have the site Macfriendly, but posting both Quicktime and Windows Media Player video clips was using up horrendous amounts of space with my web server.  I had to make a decision, and I decided that I would only post my video clips using the Windows Media Player format.  It uses about 1/3 of the MB that Quicktime was using, and the frame rate was 30 frames per second instead of 15 frames per second on Quicktime.  There are a few Quicktime clips still on the site, and I will occassionally put more up from other people, but this site will be based primarily on the Windows Media Player format.  I'm sorry!!  The evil empire wins again!!!

In order for you to view the video clips you need a DSL or High Speed Cable connection.  The download rates for these two types of connections are sufficient to have streaming video, and continuous video.  If your connection is slow, the video will not stream and you have to wait for more data to download and then play. 

However, if you are desperate to see some of these clips, there is a way using a phone line connection.  I have set the  index page for Al, Grace and eventually Friends Agility Clips  so that you can download the video files directly to your computer.  The files are between 3MB and 25MB, so it would take some time using a phone connection, but you could do it while you sleep, and then have the file to play on your computer any time you want!!!  When you use the hyperlinks to Al, Grace, and click on "Download Now" beside the video clip you want to see, your computer should start to download the file.  Once the download is complete, the file will be stored as a temporary file, and you can open it and watch,  or save,  it or do both.
